This agreement covers the games and software published by Vyrex Interactive LLC ("the Software").
Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play the Software for your own non-commercial use. Your Steam purchase gives you that licence; it does not sell you the Software itself.

Online play and accounts
Multiplayer requires a supported store account and may require our services. Cheating, exploiting, or abusing other players can result in a ban from online play, with no refund.
Updates
The Software may update automatically through your store client. Features can change or be removed between versions, particularly in Early Access.
Ownership
Vyrex Interactive LLC and its licensors own the Software and everything in it. This licence transfers no ownership.
Termination
This licence ends if you break its terms. On termination you must stop using the Software.
No warranty
The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

What you may do
- Install and play on the devices your store account allows.
- Record, stream and monetise gameplay footage, including on YouTube, Twitch and similar platforms.
- Create and share mods, blueprints and scripts made with our published modding tools, provided they are free and do not contain our assets except as the tools produce them.
What you may not do
- Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Software, except where the law expressly allows it.
- Distribute, resell, rent or sublicence the Software or any part of it, including its assets.
- Use cheats, trainers, or unauthorised third-party software that alters online play.
- Attack, exploit or disrupt our servers or other players' sessions.
